Examining the Welfare System Expenses in Vietnam: Analysis of Total Expenses and Population Trends in 2011-2018

The welfare system is a critical aspect of any society, aimed at providing assistance and support to individuals families in need. main objective examine Vietnam's expenses population trends between 2011 2018 understand the challenges opportunities effective programs. Ratio Indicator analysed using averages, means, growths, coefficients, other means. results show that total have been increasing from 2012 2013, with most significant increase 2013 when Welfare System increased by 10,864,663 mil. VND. average expense growth on one citizen per year monitored period was 15,371 VND an coefficient 1.055 year. analysis has limitations since it does not consider those without social security benefits; therefore, this study should be taken as mean value. Also, geographical location makes challenging account for natural catastrophes factors affect system.
